• 29/2/24I've had Pollo Loco for many many years but today's delivery was the best food Ive ever gotten from them. Thanks to whoever made and packed our food on 2/28 around 7:30 pm @ Duarte location. They forgot nothing and included perfect # of sauces & utensils. Chicken was freshly cooked and piping hot when it arrived. Beans and rice were good size portions and again the sauces just make everything better. All Door Dash restaurants need to take note, you cant forget the sauce!!

• 25/10/26It is hit and miss ordering from El Pollo. This last time the chicken tasted hot off the grill and was excellent. Also I love the Loco side salad. At home I sometimes add Pepita some times and Cojita cheese to dress it up even more. The Cilantro Dressing taste great on this salad. The mashed potatoes just tasted to dehdrated,,, add water to me. Reminds me of what I grew up on from a box. Not a fun nostalgic taste bud memory !
