Food was sooo-gooood! You go El Polo Loco!
I especially loved the rice and beans in my tostada, so fresh tasting. And, it came quick thanks to the Dasher, Veronica! She followed all the instructions. I like her!

Burnt, dehydrated chicken is what we got. The cook and the person who prepared this meal did not even bother to check the quality of the food being sent. The amount of meat in an 8-piece chicken is literally just equivalent to 3 pieces due to the amount of burnt and dehydrated meat that cannot be eaten. Very disappointed

The chips were burnt, brown and stale, the pico (don't give as many as you ask for) was sour and slimy. The Queso Guacamole Chicken Burrito was subpar and not good the next day either. Over all this location seems to not care about food quality. I tried to reheat and eat the next day but was even worse. Save your self some time and money and order elsewhere.

Chipotle Chicken Avocado Burrito barely had any meat. It was full of rice. Flavor was non-existent. The little chicken that was present was dry and hard. The rice was the same as the chicken; dry and hard. Would not order from here again.

Every single time I order from this location the food is always subpar. They skimp on everything, even the sauce. The tostada shells are always broken, barely full of food, there is never any salsa when you order chips and salsa (the chips are also stale tasting). The avocado sauce cups are like 1/4 of the way full... I am always so disappointed. Aside from the chips being stale however, the food does taste good. I just will be buying from a different location now
