Order placed with DoorDash. I ordered a 4 piece chicken meal with leg and thigh and two sides. For the sides I got corn and rice and a small chips with medium salsa. I also ordered the crunchy chicken (2) tacos with chips and salsa. My Dasher is Tom. For the tacos I received a $5.00 discount. All in with tip $26.59. The chicken tacos had a double tortilla and were very tasty. The chicken although small is very tasty. I had two orders of chips and salsa, both were missing salsa. Four stars for the missing salsa.

Restaurant gave two thighs and one wing for a three piece breast and wing meal. The thighs were extremely fatty and inedible based on my needs. The chicken seemed barely cooked. The sides were fine and the salsa-impeccable and my favorite part. I would not order from this restaurant again but will still patronize other restaurants as this is my first bad incident at this chain.

this particular El Pollo loco is hit or miss. either they have good, juicy and flavorful chicken or they have dry or burnt chicken. there's no in between. today I got good chicken. so today I leave a good review.

I thought i would give this place another chance, but i ordered the Original Pollo Bowl and it was just all rice and beans. Taste was decent but I think I got maybe 4 bites of chicken in the entire bowl. Large Drink was good though.

All the items had been under a heat lamp way too long The chicken was dry there was hard chunks of rice. I can only imagine the avocado salsa cost $50 an ounce because only got three teaspoons of it.
