I ordered 4 mini Chicken Taco al Carbon . 3 regular and 1 with guacamole . There was no guacamole on the 1 Chicken Taco al Carbon. They all were the same regular . I had to pay extra for the guacamole and I am not happy that I did not receive it as ordered.

The food was absolutely disappointing...I got the chicken taquitos locos salad and the double chicken avocado salad. The chicken was cold and really hard. The lettuce was old and soggy. The chips that came with it was stale and the salsa was diced tomatoes dunked in water. I added guacamole to both and it was about a quarter size worth and brown..like come on

Salad was junk had to pick through the eight pieces of dry and tough chicken that I ordered on a double chicken double avocado salad and I couldnt eat the avocado because it has brown borderline black chips were stale no straw no utensils the worst El Pollo Loco experience ever
