Ordered the Meal for Two and we were expecting two thighs and two legs. But we received 1 breast, 1 thigh, 1 leg and 1 wing. Still tasted great and it was the right size for us.

3 piece meal. No flavor on chicken And salsaSalsa Fresca (Medium) was one smallcontainer and no flavor as well.

The NEW Baja Double Shrimp Tostada sounds good bu isn't. The grilled shrimp are overcooked and tough. I ordered fresh avocado as an extra, not only was it not ripe but also brown/black as though it had been old, not cut today or not properly stored after being cut this morning. I will not order this again or from this location.

Usually el pollo chicken is consistently good flavor and not dry. I ordered a 16oc plus 8 more and the chicken is dry and tastes like chemicals. I've never in 20 years of eating at el pollo experiences this bad of quality.
