Extremely flavorful! Great price and portion size! Would and will definitely order again. Iced Coffee Creame was also yummy! I'm very pleased! I get worried when ordering thru DD because most places are skimpy because they know they don't have to see you. So I appreciate this whole meal.

The chicken in the Double Chicken Tostada was dry as cardboard and the avocado slices were not ripe. The picture can't capture super dry and hard chicken or hard avocado slices.
Very disappointing meal.

Ordered a family meal with a side of large rice and the rice was hard and undercooked. DoorDash was able to refund $3.71 but now we have no rice with our chicken. Was supposed to be a fast and easy dinner. Please have someone do quality control on your sides. It gets 3 stars just for the chicken and salsa.

4pc Half Chicken Combo the chickn was dry th skin was so hard you could bend it.the skin is tye best part. then they forgot to pack my chips. I recreceived the greendressinh or whateveror the dipping part but no chips.

this is the driest Double Chicken Tostada Salad I've had from Pollo loco. check out the amount of sour cream they added. They might as well have not put any on it. super cold when it arrived too.
