The rice was not fully cooked and in the pollo bowls it was 3/4 rice and five little pieces of chicken and a little bit of beans. It was not a good experience.

I always get the Original Pollo Bowl , its delicious and inexpensive. I wish there was an option to opt out of cilantro in my bowl but thats a personal preference and not a huge deal. The chicken Is why I am taking a star away. The chicken is inconsistent, sometimes they pack it with enough chicken and sometimes it feels like I just ordered rice and beans

I've been ordering El Pollo Loco mamy times, cause i love it.
the taste are the same and great,
but the only reason i gave 2 starts, cause the size of the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal is not the same.
small pieces, and small 2 side size.
i mean its really small like a cup of rice equal three spoons and the same amount of salad for that price of meal $15 plus tax, is really really pricy.

This time the food was very disappointing. The Crunchy Chicken Taco was awful, the chicken was rock hard to eat that I had to throw them in the trash. Instead of large rice they gave me large Pinto Beans. The Rice with the 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal and 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo was dry. The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo wasnt really a combo, since there was only thigh and 3 small legs in. They did place another rice bowl item which I didn't order, but they placed hot salsa with it and too spicy for my kids to eat. We ordered here before and the food was great, but not this time...

I hope you add more diced chicken into that bowl . I literally count 8 small pcs of chicken and tons of beans . Overall it was tasty .
