The Double Chicken Bowl was good but there wasn't a lot of chicken, would hate to see how little I would have gotten with a regular bowl. Also we didn't receive any salsa or chips.

El Pollo Loco has been my go to place for chicken,until today. The 4pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Combo I received was burnt, very dry, and past the point of being edible. I couldnt even bite thru the skin. Also not a store related issue, but DoorDash refused to refund because apparently quality issues don't qualify for refunds. The chicken had to go in the trash. Very disappointing.

b Double Chicken Tostada wasn't double it was regular. I got like 4 pices of chicken. other than that it was tasty. leuttuce was good

Only the Shredded Chicken Quesadilla came as described. The Double Chicken Tostada Salad and the Original Pollo Bowl (2 of them) didn't even have 1 portion of chicken let alone the double portion in the Double Chicken Tostada Salad. Very disappointed because it is the first time this happens to me at Pollo Loco.

The food is always good, which is why we keep trying, but I can't remember the last time we got our order correct and complete. This time we got mashed potatoes but no gravy and chips but no salsa. Those are two items that make a pretty big difference. Do better!
