Ryan was fast and super sweet! This is the best el pollo loco in the high desert! Very pleased food is hot and rest and chicken is juicy! Score one for me today!

Ordered 3 pieces. Breast and wing. Got one breast that was very dry and old. The other was fine but I paid for a 3 piece. $30.

I have to say, we ordered 8 PC. thighs and legs, the chicken was so dry, and the pieces were so small they were almost too dry and small to eat! Sadly, El Pollo Loco used to sell the juiciest, large, and tastiest chicken.
Prices have risen and quality way down.

The BRCs were made sloppy. There was barely any beans, and cheese. There was a lot of rice, falling out everywhere. They didn't provide me with my house salsa either. Messy

Everything was great, except for the avocado salsas.
I ordered 10, besides the 1 that is included with the chips and salsa that came with the meal.
I received 7 half full containers.
That stuff is so good, I could drink it!
