• 4/11/21Huge fan of El Pollo Loco... like 33 years. LOL
All the bowls are always delish, tortillas fresh, side yummy, and of course the chicken cooked perfectly. I have never had an issue with my orders.. I just wish there was a button to select extra salsa's and of course to add "serranos". Just does not taste the same without that added "spicy" kick!!!

• 1/5/26Terrible ... my bowl had CRUMBS of chicken and 95 percent was just rice. My order took an hour to be delivered and they just left my drink sitting there the entire time . The drink tasted like water and not strawberry hibiscus. They also didn't give me my avocado salsa . Horrible horrible horrible.

• 16/10/24Chicken was overcooked, dry and not fresh. Tasted like it was made 2 days ago and placed in a microwave. Never experienced this before it's normally good. So disappointed 😞

• 1/5/22That side salad was a ripoff! Nearly $5 for some hard white lettuce and soggy tortilla chips. Thats it, no cheese or anything else. They even forgot the dressing.
