there's little to not rice or beans, there's hardly any chicken. I only noticed when I started to mix my sauce in. I basically paid for lettuce and a crunch bowl

every single time I order extra tortillas they don't include them! I don't care about the 1.29, it's the point that I wouldn't order extra 1 Pack of Tortillas (2) if I had some at home, so my husband had 2 tortillas for his 3pc meal. it's happened more than once, so I won't be ordering from them again. pollo campero has better quality and employees who pay attention to your order! pay the extra money and order from them!
oh, at least they remembered my salad dressing this time!

The Double Chicken Toast came in perfect condition. Just in the bag the individual chips were missing, it only came with the sauces, for me it’s fine, but I just want to say it, because it’s the second time that happens

The bowl was good. The lettuce fresh. However the creamy cilantro dressing has not been creamy in years. It pours like water and you get a hint of cilantro. Also ordered the 16 piece family meal and once again missing the chips. I didn't even bother to call the store this time or report it to DoorDash... love the chicken.

I order always mild House Salsa (Mild) 4 of those and they always put me only 1 oz. Cup. If they want to charge for that is better they say something.
