The food was very good and I'd come back one day because, the food was Well Cooked and they gave us A lot of chicken.

The chicken was dried out and over cooked. Even the coleslaw was dry. Very unusual because it is normally very good.

Some of the chicken in the Original Pollo Bowl was undercooked and very chewy. Didn't receive our chips and salsa or the extra salsa. Instead received two drinks and ten extra tortillas.

Everything was delicious but the cilantro dressing was so watery, it used to be more thicken and creamy. Also the app didn't give the option to add or take off some undesirable ingredients.

Every single tortilla was harder than a rock. And they forgot to add the dressing for the Loco Salad.
