Double chicken is extra money for no reason, just a bunch of shredded pieces scattered to make it look like a lot

The broth is actually very delicious, but, correct me if i am wrong. Shouldnt there be tortilla strips in the soup. The way it is served here, it can just be called chicken soup. Tortilla soup with chips on the side in a plastic bag, does not make it tortilla soup. Always disappointed in this version

I sometimes order the polo bowl but today I didn't like that it had way to much rice , hardly any chicken or beans
