Lately when I've been ordering the orginal Pollo Original Pollo Bowl to go I have noticed I am getting the worst parts of the chicken and hardly any chicken is included in the bowel. When I say the worst parts of the chicken lets say its not white meat it looks bruised and not fresh. I am sure if I ordered it in person and dined in the food would be presentable not sure why their to go process for me hasn't been pleasant the last two times.

The service was great, but I believe it was the store who sent the wrong type of salsa with the order. Perhaps they were out of the Salsa Roja, but I have never had that issue when ordering in person.

My first experience with El Polo Loco. I really like authentic Mexican tacos and, while Carne Asada is my favorite, their chicken tacos were delicious! If you like the simple cilantro, onions and green sauce, you won't be disappointed. Also tried the upgraded taco with cheese and avocado and it was excellent! I am also very picky about my Mexican rice and it's wasn't bad. I added the pico to it to spice it up and it helped. Overall, I was impressed and will eat with them again for sure. Would like to try their chicken pieces next time.

They forgot the salsa and the corn tortillas. This is the second or third time that they do that. Just sad. But I really like the NEW Caramel Flan. Delicious.
