No salsa with my side "chips and salsa". Chicken tostada had about 3 beans and maybe 5 grains of rice. It's a pattern I've noticed for a while, yet I keep ordering it. No more. I can pay less and get more elsewhere.

The chicken was old, burned, and way too salty. They didn’t include the salsas I asked for, the sides were only half full, and the delivery bag wasn't even sealed. Really disappointing.

received the four smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen. looks more like parts from a Cornish hen than a real chicken. very disappointed. never had this happen before.
requested an order of mild salsa. didn't receive it.

The chicken was overcooked , skin almost burnt but the sides rice, coleslaw, corn and Mac n cheese were good and tasty. They also forgot to add the green salsa.

El Pollo loco is great, but this store consistently has higher prices for smaller portions and the chicken is almost always burnt.
