First time I had a burrito and taco from El Pollo Loco was really good. Everything was double packaged.

2 orders of churros -I order every time and have only received 1 order of 2 churros, not 2 orders of 2 churros each. Maybe the order packer is confused, sees 2 churros and puts one package in the order because it includes 2 churros. 2 orders of churros has 4 churros. I will still order from El Pollo Loco, food is great, I just don't get my complete order half the time!

The cilantro dressing was not the same. Very watery and little taste. Dressing was spilled into plastic bag so only got half.

Ordered a 12 piece family dinner. The wait was short, and the food was delicious and delivered hot. From putting my order in, we were eating 20 minutes later.
