I have order pollo loco in the past the chicken was always dry and tasted old but this time it was delicious moist and tender I bought the 8 pc meal ... pollo loco management please keep your chicken moist and tender....

Chicken had been prepare hours earlier, It was dry and shriveled. Coleslaw was warm and tasteless. Terrible meal for $41

I have only had El Pollo Loco a few times, and it was always delicious. I ordered the chicken avocado taco bowl the other night, and it was so delicious. They are very generous with their portions, and I think that their prices are very fair.

I ordered a Double Chicken Bowl (without salsa and requested guacamole) and this is what I received. Does not look appealing at all. Looks like they scraped the bottom of the pan for the chicken. Looks disgusting, I'm so disappointed.
