The chicken was delicious but it's so incredibly overpriced that we only order it once or twice a year. Eight small pieces (1 whole chicken with rice and beans is $38. ) But yes, the marinade is good and flavorful. The rice and beans are completely standard fare. Nice soft tortillas.

Everything delicious today. I had gorilla soup with lots of chicken and they give you the trimmings to add before you start eating
I had the double chicken bowl and lots of chicken and it was great portions of everything. Really e noted the flavors. Avocado salsa is my fav and they are most generous to the quantity you ask. Chips and salsa come with both dishes. Great add on. My tummy is happy.

The churros were warm but stale, the chicken tenders have more breading than chicken, the chicken burrito was more bean than meat essentially a bean burrito not chicken.

Everything is always fresh and delicious. I need more salad dressing or a way to buy it in the side. Ther salad is so big there's not enough dressing for it.

Uh wasn't great. My avocado was almost fully black.. they saw it & still gave it to me. Wow. I didn't get any dressing for the salad. Chicken was dry. If I've never been to El Pollo Loco before I'd think the whole chain was bad. It's just this one from what I've experienced so far.
