Ordered the 12-pc chicken family meal. Most of the pieces were tiny - the size of my thumb - and they counted it as a whole piece. The 12 pc is advertised to feed 3-4 people, but the one I got can only feed two people. Also ordered a large salad - same issue. The serving is very small. In addition, my order was missing seven salsas. As for the quality of the food, the chicken is dry and bland.
TLDR: The portions from this El Pollo Loco location is very small and disappointing. Try to avoid this specific El Pollo Loco. The one in Arcadia has decent portions and better food quality.

The chicken seemed overcooked pieces and the tostada was weird and over fried. The salad seemed old.

The food was kind of bland. Not as good as it used to be. The chicken was dry and there was not as much seasoning. Also never got my chips.
