The 3pc Fire-Grilled Chicken Meal is always good. El Pollo Loco seems to have a problem with sending the correct quantity of drinks, though. I ordered two large drinks but only received one medium. Frustrating.

Guacamole was dark & tasted horrible.

It would be appreciated if the team took more care when packaging the food and made sure all extras were included. As usual did not receive any of our salsas. This happens all the time, we paid to add avocado to the crunchy tacos. There was none. They were dry with no salsa and avocado.

Second time we've ordered lately and the chicken was horrible. Seemed old and was very dry.
