Will not be ordering from pollo loco anymore, beside the bland tasting food and inconsistent item every time,you cannot have something not put in your chicken bowl. Had a meeting and wanted to order some chicken bowis WITHOUT beans, but there is no place to put to omit it. Ordered from another Mexican restaurant, not pollo loco, and our meeting was great, especially the food.

This was the worst tostada salad I had ever had. No salsa on salad and no salsa for the chips, no green salsa given either. Also no shredded cheese on the salad. The chicken is mostly shredded. not cubed like in photo. Pollo Loco has lost me as a customer now.

The chicken salad was the worst. The lettuce was soggy, the so called chicken was burnt and hard and no taste at all, the red salsa was mushy, there was no sour cream or shredded cheese, and to top it off, the tortilla smelled like rancid out. Threw it out and will never eat at any pollo loco again.
