I had the 3 enchalada plate (chicken) and it was excellent. Very tasty, large portion and great quality.

Best taco truck in the Chehalis/Centralia area! Amazing quality of meat, flavor is pure perfection, and the hot sauce is a 10/10!! The portions are huge for the money spent! You won't be hungry or disappointed!!

Pick up was supposedly ready so I went to the truck and it hadn't been started. I think because I was now waiting the gentleman working there took my veggies off the grill too soon; they were still crunchy in my Veggie Quesadilla. That's never been the case at the Olympia location. Sour Cream portions are small, Beans and rice small had good flavor, they were out of Jamaica since it was later in the evening which was understandable so I didn't mind taking a Jarrito's instead. I'll give this location another shot sometime to see if this was a one off.

Best Mulitas in Lewis County!! Made to perfection every time! Portions are fair for the price and always so fresh! Highly recommend and would order again!

Birria tacos were so good a great amount of meat in each taco also loved the sides they give with plate I had ordered a horchata and got a different aqua fresca but was still super good for my first time trying highly recommend!
