Been looking forward to trying a Pizza Loves Emily pizza for a long time and was thrilled to find an Emmy Squared. Crushed four slices of a build-your-own Classic with pepperoni and sausage added -- really enjoyed it.
Pizza was slightly undercooked, and probably just got unlucky, but was great regardless. It just didn't quite have that classic Detroit crunch and airiness as a result. Will definitely order it again at another opportunity.

Creative twists on pizza and Caesar salad dressing make it much better than the average Louisville pizza and salad experience. Pizza is pricey but is has a lot of heft and is thick crust. It is excellent tasting and a very good value for the volume of food as it is very filling. Wife raves about the Caesar dressing! Great addition to the Louisville food scene and recommended!!!

Emmy is the best in town. This sounded delicious...it was good and all, but the colony will always reign supreme. A lot of chicken that should have been diced more instead of just chunks on each slice

Love the vibe of Emmy Squared, and previously had the Big Ang pizza at a lunch and it was so good and honestly enough for three meals. Today however, I ordered the Brussels Sprouts Salad and added bacon & crispy chicken. It was a little disappointing. The chicken was all breading but it was at least cooked to a good crisp! The salad is advertised as "feeds 2-3" and it absolutely does not. They also did not give any utensils or napkins and I had to ask for a bag to carry it in - it was in a flimsy cardboard box and I was walking back to the office. I'm sure I'll be visiting Emmy Squared again no doubt, but I'll probably give something else a try.

I ordered the VIP Pizza. I've ordered it before and it was good. This time the sesame seeds were burnt and the pesto was barely blended, I felt like they just kind of crushed the basil with a little oil and spread it on the pizza. Somehow the pizza was burnt on the ends but underdone and doughy towards the middle. I'm not sure what's going on with them today, but it wasn't good.
