Fast and ready on time. The Encore Smash Burger tasted like a homemade burger - fresh, juicy, and tasty. The tots were also nice - with lots of dipping sauce choices. Will definitely go again!

11 mini pretzel bites for 12.50 is wild. The wings were soggy, too. Not worth the total I paid. Would not order again unfortunately.

Ordered and paid for 2 cokes. None delivered. Burger and chicken were bland. Sauces were pretty good, although uninspired.

The wings were ok. I didn't expect them to be breaded. The What the Dilly Pickle Fries were greasy and soggy, probably better fresh. Paid for celery and carrots, didn't receive them.
