The flavor was unbelievably good. But I have never seen a smaller 1/2 rack, and it was quite expensive. It looked to me like they took a half rack and cut them in half. So in effect you're getting a quarter rack. Having said that, they were cooked perfectly, meat fell of the bone, and the BBQ sauce was the best I've ever had.

Solid beef and pork ribs. Lots of tender meat on the bones, and the BBQ sauce was tangy and flavorful. Unfortunately, the Gnochi Caprese was incomplete as it contained neither the burrata nor the prosciutto. Just too acidic tomato sauce and overcooked gnocchi. It was the Gnocchi Caprese that I was really looking forward to, as it's one my favorite dishes from Enzo's, but this was just a huge disappointment.

Lazy BBQ Chicken is always good everytime I order it.
Moist, flavorful.
Apple Tart was fantastic! Dough was flaky, light.
Caramel sauce delicious, not too sweet.
Potato salad seemed to be made with yogurt or a light sour cream? Not sure. Excellent flavor, red skinned potatoes. Slightly tangy.

I usually don't leave reviews but felt it was necessary. We were so disappointed. You could taste that the meat was frozen. Tri tip was like leather, ribs overdone, 1 very small container of beans, and 3 containers of sauce. Only thing that was good was the corn bread.

I had the strawberry salad. It had a single bit of goat cheese and stale almonds. Tons of greens. The dressing was good and ample. I got the fried chicken atop, and it was thin and incinerated. Inedible. My husband's smash burger was dry. Very disappointed by a usual pretty good restaurant.
