the ribs were, once again, fantastic. meaty and delicious. the beans were baked with visible bacon pieces. yummy. Would love Eric's even more if they would offer roasted corn on the cob.

Scrumptious, Tasty, Tender, Juicy, Succulent, did I say Juicy? Portions are big, presentation is clean and attractive, I cannot compliment enough this establishment. I am so happy, my son asks if we could make it Sunday dinner. Yes we sure can.

I have driven by Eric's unassuming location many times and wanted to stop. When I saw it pop-up on DoorDash I was excited. I have tried numerous barbecue places in the area. Believe me when I tell you that none can compare. The tri-tip was so tender. The pulled pork was melt in your mouth. I cannot wait to try the brisket. For our sides, we did the macaroni and cheese, the coleslaw, and the potato salad. All were wonderful to accompany the food. Definitely will be coming back!

The amount of burnt ends was impressive. However, they had a strong taste of chemicals or gas. Perhaps they were heated on a gas grill? I couldn't eat them, which is too bad because they were moist and tender

The ribs were big and meaty and wonderful, and the beans and the potato salad were beyond my expectations. Now I'm gonna try the pork belly burnt ends next.
