Tacos Paisa is a must! Juicy, flavorful meats. Especially the Pastor. Soft and delicious white corn tortillas. Fresh diced onions and fresh chopped cilantro. Definitely recommend this dish!

I absolutely adore Eva's, their food is always extremely tasty and fresh. Their Carne Asada Fries always slap. I love that Eva's is one of the few restaurants here that allows comments/modifications cause I cannot stand straight sour cream or beans 😂. I tried the Chimi Cheese Cake for the first time tonight and it was AMAZING!

The nachos were pretty good except that there were a lot of chips towards the end that hadnothing on them. Also, it was 4.50 for a cup of queso that looked way smaller than advertised. I can get a medium to large size cup at Moe's for example for 4.50, definitely overpriced. The only other option was a big cup for over $10

This is one of my favorite Mexican food joints in the metro area. absolutely delicious food! only complaint I've ever had is the "large" queso is about a 1/3 of the container. Best Mexican food in Eastern Iowa. Delicious Fajitas and Enchiladas. Prices are better than any where else. Very reasonable.
