Vegan burrito I had for the first time today with the side potato hash and it was absolutely delightful. Very tasty with the perfect amount of everything. The potato hash was salted perfectly. I will be ordering again.

Ordered the Cesar salad and added chicken for $7.00. I got 5 pieces of chicken breast. The dressing tasted like garlic mayo. I've had much better from Factory before. Disappointed this time for sure.

This is hands down the worst Mac and cheese ive ever had. The noodles were overcooked, not baked, no toppings, and about 5 small bites worth. I feel like I just got pranked by someone in their kitchen.

This is $20 for a personal size pizza and they use the cheapest steak they could. Terrible. The Black and Blue pizza from Moxies has better steak.

I've had the blackened tofu on my salad many times and really enjoyed it. However, today the seasoning tasted different and on top of that the tofu tasted like it was soaked in lemon juice and had excessive seasoning on top of that. It was so strong that I couldn't even eat it. Wouldn't order again.
