This is the Senior, 1/2 rack of ribs. Two racks of fall off the bone tender ribs. Best I ever had! And the steak fries were delicious!

HUGE portions, the country fried steak was massive and there were delicious home fries for days. We ordered a kids Kids Buffet meal but unfortunately, weere missing the bacon, sausage, and pancakes that were to come with it BUT the huge portions of the rest of our order allowed us to still have enough for our two toddlers!!! We will definitely be a repeat customer!

The short pumpkin pancakes are a treat! Very flavorful and exceeded my expectations. Most places have a hint of pumpkin and spice, but these are perfect and aromatic to really hit the spot on a Fall morning. Two Eggs , Choice of Meat is a regular order for me and they always cook my over easy eggs perfectly each time but I also love the many different options you can choose from to change things up periodically.

The soup was good but the patty melt was tiny and the French fries were definitely fried more than once and were still cold when I received them. Disappointed as I have had good food here before but for the price, this meal was not good at all.

Patty Melt was probably the best Patty Melt I've had in years. Burger was juicy and not overcooked. The sandwich was tasty. They included fries on the side, which I dipped in the beef gravy that accompanied s separate side or of mashed potatoes. The gravy was good, though a little bland for my taste, but was quite good after tweaking with a little thyme, garlic, onion powder and salt & pepper. The Country Fries were enjoyed, but the menu offered, among other things, biscuits as a substitution for toast for a small upcharge, which was paid. However, no biscuits werecame, and soggy toast was sent anyway. Overall, the food was quite good and good value. Will be ordering from Fairground Diner again and hoping for that most elusive of restaurant traits: consistency.
