I don't know what these other rating are talking about. If you follow the heating instructions these will be some of the best cookies you'll ever have! I loved every cookie they have and yes I've had them all!

Bought a variety of cookies, and just about every single one was dry and felt like biting into clay. The group's consesus was taste wise they were great, but the texture was awful.
