Ordered The Classic and Jalapeño Poppers. Food arrived perfectly hot and not soggy at all. Impressive since burgers and battered/fried things usually show up sub par from most places when delivered. My burger was perfectly constructed, not all messy and smashed like fast food places. Poppers were crispy and flavorful. Fat Shack does it right. Didnt get any photos cuz I was so hungry I just dove in! But trust me, you will not be disappointed.

French Fries look crispy and double-fried in photo but showed up soggy. Nice portion size but not good at all - definitely would not order again.
Fried Pickles and Jalapeño Poppers were great - crispy and flavorful.

I paid extra for a side of fries just to get less than 10 fries in my order. I asked for sauce on the side and didn't receive that. My burger was very saturated in mustard to the point that the burger buns were soggy. Will not be eating at this place again.

one of the few places that seems to understand how to package your food, so it's still edible when It arrives. crunchy not soggy, and still pretty hot too, Philly with fries and Mac n cheese bites were top tier

The fried pickles are okay. The "6 inch" Philly is 4 inches at best. It's so small and dry. It's way too expensive for what you're getting.
