Everything I expected the burger to be. Juicy, large, and great for the price. Would absolutely order again

This burger tasted absolutely amazing, the portion is humongous, I already took about six bites out of this before I took the picture and it still looks like I have an entire burger left, it's super fresh, and I would absolutely order again

omgoshhhh was that steak ? or a burger
that meat is done REALLY GOOD MEAT ordered the Skinnyburger honestly it tasted like steak I think they accidentally used steak that was a skinny steak burger lol 😆 oh and diet Dr pepper is actually good I wish I took a picture cuz the pils on it make it glisten

Have never had a more disgusting burger in my life. Was cold, completely dry flaking stale buns squashed flat like a dense pancake and giant beef patty tasted like a dogs chew toy. This chain used to be one of the best in Vegas and they charge premium prices for "fast food" but have less quality now than McDonalds or Burger King at half the cost. This is a newer location in Summerlin too so insanely shocked at the lack of quality control and give no dam employees who would have EVER let food like this leave on a delivery order. The sweet potato steak fries that came with it (that I paid extra for no less) were so overcooked they were potato chip hard and the drink I ordered as part of my COMBO MEAL wasnt even provided to the dasher with the employee blatantly lying telling him I didnt get a drink as if their receipt and system used to make my order didnt blatantly say combo aka fries and a drink. Wouldn't recomend this location to my worst enemy as truly criminal to charge people for the inexcusable food they provided and grateful for Doordash refunding me per this horrendous experience. How any manager exists here and allows things to operate to this standard is truly disturbing!

4 stars and not because it didn't taste good. it's the price for quantity.
pros: Burger is definitely worth the price
con:9 dollar upcharge for fries and a soda not worth it. fries were half full and cold
would I buy again? instore yes, doordash it no. just my opinion.
