The Chicken Broccoli Penne and Classic Sampler were cooked to perfection. Alfredo sauces blended well with the broccoli especially. I did miss the Signature Italian Ice and Large Beverage that didn't seem to make the trip, but a refund easily remedied the overall flavor of the meal.

was unhappy that theBaked Italian Meatballs was such a small portion for the price. and the spaghetti and lasagna from the Ultimate Sampler was dry mostly due to small amout os sauce. the penne and alfredo were both good. Dozen Signature Garlic Breadsticks was a 10/10 everyone loved them

That's the worst meal I've had from there. Breadsticks were completely dried out and hard as a rock. Food portions usually fill the pan. The lasagna portion was 3 layers and dried out as well. Italian ice had no ice and basically tastes like straight syrup.

asked for Baked Chicken Parmigiano to be made with Alfredo sauce and no marinara, definitely no Alfredo and only marinara was what we received. Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Carbonara was bland and tasted like literally nothing... the Creamy Tortellini Bake was okay, nothing great but nothing horrendous either.
I haven't had Fazolis in literally 19 years, and this reinforced why.
the food was hot and portions were large though!

Best. Cheesecake. Ever. Nice size- def not huge like ones from Cheesecake Factory but still yummy. Seasonal/special flavors crusts have been soggy on me tho- they don't sell as much.
