• 8/7/26For the first time, my coffèe was undrinkable. It was burnt & I couldn't taste any sugar due to the burnt bitterness. Usually, my coffèe is awesome from here. However, today, I had to pour out both Coffees.
I'm not happy. I am a long time customer. If my next coffèe is just as bad, I'll consider going elsewhere. Never mind that some days, there is NO door dash available from you. Think I'll go elsewhere from now on, as much as I like the staff at Ferguson. I refuse to spend $16 for coffèe I cannot drink. As loyal as I am, I'm not accepting subpar coffèe, which was what I got today. I'm done. I'll start ordering from Batman Bakery, who care about the instructions on the request. Very disappointed with the awful bitter coffèe, unstirred correctly, so the last mouthful would have been all sugar, if there was any? I couldn't drink it & that's my problem. Don't get me started on the Blueberry Muffin. Used to be good but now, you're lucky to get 6 blueberries.

• 2/10/24Got the Brekkie Meal Deal - Egg & Bacon Breakfast Roll & Medium Coffee , coffee was good but roll has changed from being fluffy egg filling to over cooked single egg with burnt edges and over filled with spinach

• 4/4/23Coffee ALWAYS perfect, no matter who makes it. You guys all make the Coffee all the same. unlike my local who can't pour a latte....flat white everything. standing behind the gent, I heard with MY OWN EARS, from my local. The customer asked for a flat white. The server said oh, you meet a latte. When the owner started to give me excuses. They put caramel in my coffee, you guys, have yet to disappoint me. thank all. You may have come here to get the same Coffee Daily

They've also never done me wrong, with their coffee. Good strength and flavour.
