Everything was great. I think the dough bites were my favorite.
Using DoorDash was useless, but the restaurant is great. I waited in the parking lot until it told me my order was ready then I got in line. The lady ordering was already there when I pulled in and was still there for another 5 minutes. So I went in to get my order and they hadn't started it yet. They said they don't approve the orders.
The trouble is, I used DoorDash so I could hurry through the drive thru with my dog or pick up quickly. I couldn't wait inside and the line was getting longer. I was just going to forget it.
Then the sweet girl working offered to bring it to my car. I thought that was very courteous of her. I didn't mind waiting in the AC with my dog, so that worked out. I feel bad if I caused any additional stress, I was just stressed about my dog. I appreciate her willingness to help out. She was very professional and they're lucky to have her as an employee.
That was my first experience ever with Fiiz, we're new to the area. Since this was my poor planning, I would definitely go back when I have my nieces and nephews (I love the kids menu!) and I'm not towing my old dog.

Rare miss from them. The frosted lemonade and berry bad doctor were not good, and the pretzel bites did not taste good either. Cookie dough was the one thing that was good. The frosted lemonade also came without ice cream for no reason.

Soda with a ton of extra sugar, zero authenticity as far as taste due to just pouring in torrani syrups. No real fruit involved whatsoever. Ordered chandelier bling, wouldn't order again.
