Pork Adobo - While the flavor profile was authentic and well-seasoned, the meat was disappointingly tough and chewy, lacking the fall-apart tenderness you'd expect from properly braised adobo.
Crispy Fried Tilapia in Curry Powder - This dish delivered on its promise with a satisfying crispy exterior and a fragrant curry coating that added warmth and complexity to the fresh fish.
Lomi (Canton Noodles) - As my first experience with this Filipino noodle soup, I found it decent but not particularly memorable. The broth and texture didn't quite match my personal preferences for noodle dishes.
Lumpia (Pork Flavor) - These were the standout of the meal. The pork filling was flavorful and well-seasoned, and most importantly, they tasted fresh rather than like reheated frozen appetizers. Definitely worth ordering again.
Overall, a mixed experience with some hits and misses. The lumpia and tilapia were solid choices, while the adobo and lomi left room for improvement.

Food is delicious!! I had the pork belly combo and everything was amazing. Pork belly was flavorful, pancit was amazing and so was the lumpia. I grew up around Filipino food and the flavors are just spot on.
