This is by far the best curry Ramen I've ever had. I added a fried egg and got a side of the ghost pepper powder for spice. I got it to the level of spice that I like and went to town. It was delicious and creamy and the Thai chilies were a nice touch

Though the flavor was good I was a little disappointed that the broth was more like a thick sauce. I was expecting it to be more like a soup since the description says broth and its ramen.

This was ok. The birria was very overwhelming, different flavors than what im used to. I will give it a second chance to try something different.
