This thing was heavyyyy! I got the beef & cheddar brisket, it was amazing. The bread is so fresh and soft, they pile on the brisket and I love their BBQ sauce. I always get the caramelized onions too because they're cooked perfectly 👌Overall the best sub!

Firehouse never disappoints! It is always so yummy and so filling - although a bit pricey, you get what you pay for! 10/10 recommend over any other sub place in town.

First time ever ordering from Firehouse in Woodstock and very disappointed sub was ok nothing spectacular but I ordered $1.99 of gravy. I first thought it had spilled in the bag but no ! So I measured the gravy and it was not even two tablespoons.!! Called the restaurant and they said that is correct and said nothing else ! Wow that is not customer service !! So my first and last time with firehouse subs

Waited over an hour for a pickup order. And then when I finally got my food, the order was wrong. I bought 3 subs for $60 and it was not worth it at all. Unfortunately this has happened too many times, I will not be back.

I hadn't tried a sub from here for quite a while. The first one I got years ago wasn't super great compared to the price.
I am so glad I tried again. The turkey bacon ranch was amazing!!
