the smokehouse beef & cheddar brisket is my favorite sandwich from firehouse. I added jalapeños this time for an extra touch of flavor. Sandwich is so big I can't eat the whole thing~

The "meatballs" were lacking meat, and the "steak and cheese" seems like it is just sliced roast beef.

They don't follow directions, no mustard, no garlic butter, its not like it's hard to put on. I mean you charge for it as an option. Bottom line its meh.

This was disappointing even though I love bread - and their bread was really good, but I felt like I was eating bread with condiments. I had to look for the cheese bc at first I thought they forgot to put any on. It was a veggie (cheese) sub.

They always put out great sandwiches, firehouse is my favorite chain sub spot and not all of them are great but this one hasn't failed me!
