The sandwich was excellent as always but every time I've ordered a drink from there they have given me the wrong type.

the smokehouse beef and cheddar was terrible. not enough meat, so little cheese and barbecue sauce you could barely taste it and too much mayo. Will not order again. the meatball sub was awesome. I'll stick with that from now on

I used to order the Large Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it is great. But, they stopped offering the Large and now only offer the medium (MD) on doordash. Now, I don't order any more. I contacted them and they did nothing to fix it. Too bad. They lost my business.

we ordered 8 chili bowls and 3 potato soup bowls. what we received was cold. one chili was missing, one chili was half full and the potato soup was watery not the usual. disappointed especially after bragging about the chili. this eve was just ok.
we luv luv luv firehouse,but this evening was disappointing. and potato sup seemed greasy...thin and greasy.

My husband said his turkey, ham and white bread was good .. my tuna on white bread was great tuna, however, the bread was tough, even chewing it was tough .. my tuna fell out when I took a bite .. other than that, it was great taste.
