Omg! So good! Very large sandwich and so flavorful 10/10 recommend. Will be ordering again!

First of all, there was no way of knowing which sandwich went to the person who ordered it (we are in an office). The sandwiches were mushy, falling apart and bland. The only good ones were the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ . The pickles were good.

My smokehouse beef and cheddar had no bbq sauce on it . Made very sloppy. I pay 13 dollars a sandwich I would like it to be put together nicely and evenly . Very very disappointed . Other 3 sandwiches were just ok not our best meal from you guys

They forgot my garlic bread and the soups were barely half full when I ordered a bowl. The only reason I'm writing a review is because this isnt the first time it's happened.do better firehouse subs. Do better

hot sub didnt fair well on delivery. it was more like finger food than a Sandwich.
bag of chips was total rip-off, only two unbroken chips in bag, the rest were broken crumbs.
simply not ordering from here again.
