We recently ordered from Firehouse Subs through DoorDash and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared well. The Hook & Ladder.® was especially good, with generous portions and quality ingredients that really stood out. The service was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall, everything tasted great, and I would definitely order again.

The sandwitch was soggy. There was barely any meat or cheese when ordered extra of both. The lettuce had brown in it like it was old. Could not even eat it was a waste of money will not be ordering again.

I got the French Dip sandwich and while it is VERY good, I added mushrooms and there were none on my sandwich. Sucks to pay extra for something you don't receive and also my au jus leaked inside the bag and soaked through everything so I was disappointed i didn't get to taste much of that. The sandwich itself was delicious and full of flavor and I will def order again.

Firehouse you did great. My meatball sub hit the spot and there was plenty of meatballs. Yummie so good keep this up please
