the sandwich was real fresh and had a overall good flavor the cookies tasted freshed bake it was a really good lunch

I ordered my sandwich without a side pickle because I'm allergic to them. Not only did they include a pickle, they laid it on the sandwich so I couldn't eat my sandwich. What's the point of basing able to order it without pickle if they will include it anyway? What a waste of money. This is the second time this has happened.

They are missing half of the ingredients on the sandwich. There's barely any lettuce and only one tomato slice. There's half the amount of meat as there normally is too. It also appears to have been sitting out for a very long time. I will not order again as it doesn't taste like they put any love into it.

There was barely any meat. I ordered a Hook & Ladder. Literally one slice of Ham. have never had this issue before.

Firehouse Meatball® is always solid but I'm gonna be honest the Thanksgiving Sub slaps harder than anything else on the menu. the only thing that could take it over the top is double meat and maybe some turkey gravy to dip that thang in.
