The New York Steamer is my go-to; pastrami, corned beef and Swiss-generous amounts of meat and great with grilled onions!

the bottom breadHook & Ladder.® was soaking wet and soggy and just did not taste well. The potato soup also had a funny taste. First time eating here in several years and was not impressed.I feel like these were a waste of money.

Firehouse Steak & Cheese® was watery and the meat tasted undercooked. However, the Italian™ was very good. The potato soup was horrible, and they forgot to put our $2.60 chips in the bag, smh. Oh, and the cookie tasted old. The Firehouse Subs in Granite City are always good in my experience. Unfortunately, it'll be a while before I order from the Glen Carbon one again.

I've not had one order from Firehouse Subs where the order was correct or handled professionally, to the point it's not even just the dashers fault. shame
