The Firehouse Hero® with a little balsamic and banana peppers is an elite experience. The Firehouse Meatball® was so savory and unctuous. Chocolate chip Cookie was delicious. Favorite meal we have ordered in a long time.

Hook & Ladder.® was the best ever, added mushrooms, italian seasoning and peppercorn ranch. Garlic Bread was delicious and two fullsize pieces.Soups I ordered loaded potato and not a real fan. they did not include the brownie I paid for which was a drag. the are still my fav sub shop.

I already knew the sub was going to be good so it was the amazing size Side Salad surprised me. I will definitely order again.

I ordered from here twice. I tried the Hook & Ladder.® and both times I was disappointed. The meat is good and has nice flavor but the bottom bread on the sub/sandwich is soggy. I think the order they use to stack ingredients is flawed. Lettuce on the bottom doesn't work. The soggy bread texture ruined it for me.
