I got not even half of a bowl of Firehouse Chili, gravy samething, very disappointed, especially since it costs so much! no cheese on the Hook & Ladder® either, come on for $109.00 I would think you could do better...

Skimpy on toppings other than meat. Also they have never made my subs "garlic bread" when I pay for the extra. Good if you like a meaty sub sandwich but if you like any other toppings like veg and sauce you're out of luck. For the price I would expect a 5/5 sandwich.
