I keep ordering a meatball sub with no meatballs accidentally. Bless these heros that called to make sure. Bless them again for fixing it the 2nd time. Meatball sub is fantastic by the way.

Cold, uncooked soup. Not sealed well, leaked all over bag. Ridiculously small sized "bowl" for the cost.

We love Firehouse Subs. Fresh tasty bread and generous helping of meats and cheese. Mac ‘n Cheese just like homemade. Highly recommend!

I just got my order of the New York Steamer. It was awful. Barely any meat. There was no cheese. There was ONLY mayo on it, none of the other sauces listed as part of the sandwich. It was a huge waste of 20 bucks. The New York Steamer was always my favorite. Now...I will never order it again. I will not recommend this place again either. It's like the person who made it was pissed because they had to make it. Do better.

Out of brisket, they asked to substitute which was fine. However very little meat was on the sandwich,not worth $14
