• 28/2/23Firehouse Hero® replaced Jimmy John's this evening. Better service. Better attitude from employees. Sandwich delivered with UTTER PROFESSIONALISM AND PERFECTION. Without a hiccup! This is the experience the other place refused to deliver! I LOVE FIREHOUSE becuz they've ALWAYS GOTTEN THE ASSIGNMENT CORRECTLY.

• 16/5/26So many things wrong unfortunately. No produce on either sandwich, and no pickle on one. The size and portions seemed way smaller than usual. Lastly, bread was too toasted - almost burnt. I love Firehouse but this one missed the mark today!

• 17/5/26pickles from firehouse are disgusting and they always make sure to include a pickle when i select the no pickle option.

• 13/8/23Firehouse Meatball® was hot and fresh; very tasty! Loved the chocolate chip Cookie for dessert as well.
