Friend employees, sandwich is always made correct, quick and easy place to grab a sandwich when you're in a hurry. 10/10

Steak and cheese sandwich was cold and bread was soggy. Kids turkey and Cheese was about 4 inches in length... not worth the almost $8.00

Firehouse is always top notch and super kind and friendly. There was an issue with the delivery driver but the people at Firehouse made everything so much better

Frustrating when you pay $34 for 1 sandwich and 1 can of soda that the sandwich is half the size of the sandwich that was ordered. I ordered a large sandwich, and received a small.

I sent a complaint with pictures last night and got no response.I paid almost $25 for a sandwich with way to much mayo and no bbq sauce or cheese on it
