Didn't receive chips or drink. No pickle at all after ordering extra. Cookies were hard, went in the trash. Sandwich was missing banana peppers, diced pickles, and deli mustard and very little meat. Overall, worst experience with Firehouse. They're usually my go to but definitely not this time. Very disappointing order from Charles Pointe location.

didn't get my chips...didn't get them last time either. seems to be a trend. sandwich is fantastic and the chili is spectacular. just don't make it a combo, 'cause you are NOT going to get your chips.😁

the soordasher had another orderahead head of us so food not as hot as it should've been. Firehouse Subs potato soup bowl or cup are WAY too small.
